RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Finding the perfect pair of jeans can sometimes take a few tries, so we’re happy to offer free one-time returns and exchanges within the 48 contiguous United States within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate your return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Return Form clearly indicating your Order Number, the items you’re returning/exchanging, and the reason for your return.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, with the original packaging and hangtags still attached.
- Use the UPS return label included in your package and place it on the box the order came in. (Alternatively, use another box/bag). Please make sure the box is securely sealed and the shipping label covers the older label on the box.
- Drop it off at any authorized UPS drop off location. (Please retain the tracking number for your records)

We’ll process your exchange or return when we receive it (please allow up to 10 business days to process your request). If your return or exchange does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
If your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and your replacement item(s) will ship immediately.
Please note: We will only return or exchange items purchased on this website. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
RETURN POLICY & RESTRICTIONS
- Unwashed, unworn, unused items may be returned or exchanged (excluding Final Sale items) and are eligible for free shipping using the shipping label included in the original order.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges for any subsequent returns or exchanges. Exchanges for a different style or color can be requested and will be charged at the price when the request is processed.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges for 2nd Day and Next Day will only be refunded if your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
- If the price of an item drops within 30 days of the original purchase date, price adjustments will be honored.
