ORDERS & SHIPPING

 

All orders ship free via UPS. Orders placed M – F before 12pm EST will ship the same day, orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 2-7 business days in transit to arrive at your door.  During busy periods such as sale and holiday, additional processing time may be required.

Exchange orders ship via USPS once we receive and process items from your original order. 

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders and returns orders shipping within the continental US.* Not fast enough? We offer expedited shipping quoted at checkout.

Ground:       Free, 5 to 8 business days
2 Day:          $20, 2 to 3 business days
Next Day:    $35, 1 to 2 business days

Orders shipped via 2-Day and Next Day shipping options must be placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST, and on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

* For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we are only able to offer Ground shipping which takes 5-7 days. - $30

Please make every effort to provide a street address. We are not able to ship to PO Box, APO, or US territories at this time. 

Please Note: All orders with five or more items or valued over $500 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

To cancel or change an order you recently placed, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached by calling +1 844-200-6284 or by email at hello@mavi.com

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

PAYMENTS

 

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer AfterPay which allows for payment over 4 installments. 

 

 

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Once you've completed your order, we’ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an email confirming your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

 

 

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to New York, California, Georgia, and Texas. Orders shipped with expedited shipping (2-Day, Next Day) are taxable.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Return shipping is always on us.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund provided the following: 

  • The return is requested within 20 days of the date the order is placed.
  • The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached

** Excludes Final Sale items and orders from APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.** 

We’ll process your refund when we receive your item(s) (please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request). If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. During busy periods such as sale and holiday, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping charges for 2nd Day and Next Day will only be refunded if your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped. 

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

eGift Cards are not refundable or transferrable. 

 

 

We offer extended holiday gift returns. Gift orders placed between November 4th and December 24th, 2019 may be returned until January 13th, 2020.

To return a gift, visit the Return Center and select the Return a Gift link to initiate your return.

 

Yes. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, visit Returns & Exchanges and follow the step by step instructions. You will be able to select the size or style you would like exchange based on our availability as well as print a free return label. The item(s) will ship as soon as we receive your item(s) from the original purchase.  

Exchanges of the same item for a different size will incur no additional charge including orders placed using a promo code. Exchanges for different items at a greater price will be charged the difference or reimbursed the difference if it’s a lower price. Promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges of greater or lesser value once the promo code has expired.
