Delivery and Returns

Orders placed between Nov 6th through Dec 6th enjoy extended holiday returns & exchanges through Jan 13th 2025.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $100 or more shipping in the continental United States. Shipping charges for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout according to the delivery service you’ve chosen. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received weekdays after 10am EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

We’ll start packing your order as soon as your credit card is authorized and will send you a confirmation email when it ships.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Orders $100 or more: Standard (7 to 10 business days) - FREE 
  • Orders under $100: Standard (7 to 10 business days) - $8
  • 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $20
  • Next Day Air (1 business day) - $35

Please make every effort to provide a street address. We are not able to ship to PO Box, APO, or US territories at this time. 

Orders with 5 units or more or are valued at $500+ require signature confirmation upon delivery.

*Free standard shipping is only available for orders shipping within the continental United States.

HAWAII & ALASKA 

For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we are only able to offer Ground shipping which takes 5-7 days. - $30

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange it for a different size provided the following: 

  • 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached.
  • Item(s) are not Final Sale.

Returns for a full refund will incur a $7 return shipping label fee which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. If you are a Mavi Rewards Icon or Gold member, all returns are free.

Shipping of exchanges of a different size of the same item are free. 

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Return Center and follow the step-by-step instructions to print your return label.

We’ll process your refund or exchange when we receive your item(s). Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
