"Love Mavi jeans. Own a few pair. Got this as an online order. Strangely, even tho it was labeled as 38, it was clearly a 36. I was worried bc I bought them in December and hadn’t tried them on until October so I doubted they’d help me. I got in touch w cust Svc and not only did they agree to an even exchange (the original purchase was during a sale), they paid for return shipping. Couldn’t ask for more from a company! And really - the jeans are great too!"
